Continually ranked among the Top 20 courses in Western Pennsylvania, St. Jude plays to a challenging Par 70 ~ 6,602 yards 73.3/138 course and slope rating from the Championship tees, but can be enjoyed by golfers of all skills levels with multiple teeing locations. Designed to offer golfers generous landing areas off the tee amidst tree lined fairways, few forced carries and some of the finest putting surfaces you will ever play. St Jude is “pure golf” the way it is meant to be played. St Jude as described by our 26 year Head Golf and former Touring Professional Ron Milanovich: “On the PGA Tour, I was privileged to play some of the finest courses in the World. St. Jude compares very favorably to them even surpassing many of them. With its pristine conditions and superb greens” Under new ownership since 2008 ~ St. Jude has enjoyed a significant infusion of capital to restore this classic beauty to its current status. Renovation of golf course bunkering with new drainage and sand has begun, in addition to the purchase of an entire new fleet of maintenance equipment has produced exceptional playing conditions. Our 8,000 square foot clubhouse has been completed re-furbished and expanded to nearly twice its original size to now offer our guests fine dining with a fully licensed bar and banquet facilities that can host up to 175 people. Additionally our patio conference room with the golf course and scenic views as a back drop is also available for more intimate and private affairs. Experience something old anew ~ St Jude Golf Club. First opened for play in 1927 our historical club was designed by Western Pennsylvania golf legend Emil Loeffler and is nestled in Chicora in northern Butler County. Sitting atop the second highest point in Butler County, St. Jude offers golfers and restaurant goers breathtaking 50 mile views of the Allegany's.
